Zanotti has also made a pair of matching rose gold, pink sapphire and diamond hoop earrings. </span><br /><br /><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Both items will be auctioned at amfAR's Cinema Against AIDS gala tonight.</span>
